“Autumn Bliss in the Garden”

The wall mount piece is made from vintage fence pickets, used for the base, and a sculpted figure made from paper clay.  The head is finished with acrylic paints and is accented with real tree branches.  The fabric leaves are made from Tyvek, painted with acrylic paint & metallic inks.  The edges of the leaves have wire sewn in to hold their shape.  Other materials used include letter pieces from a Scrabble game, copper wire shaped into a leaf, birch bark, patterned paper, burlap fabric, a vintage drawer pull, and a portion of a vintage tin ceiling tile.

Approx. 10” W x 15” H
